The cooker overheated and wouldn’t turn back on.When I contacted customer support, we went through the steps of resetting-didn’t take.

After arguing with several tellers, finally someon offered to replace it if send a check. 3 weeks have gone by since I’ve shipped it back. Now, they’ve cashed the check, but I haven’t heard if the replacement is on the way. So I call customer service.

GUESS WHAT SHE TELLS ME?

To wait 2 more weeks.WHAT THE ACTUAL {{Redacted}}.
