The cooker overheated and wouldn’t turn back on. When I contacted customer support, we went through the steps of resetting-didn’t take.
After arguing with several tellers, finally someon offered to replace it if send a check. 3 weeks have gone by since I’ve shipped it back. Now, they’ve cashed the check, but I haven’t heard if the replacement is on the way. So I call customer service.
GUESS WHAT SHE TELLS ME?
To wait 2 more weeks. WHAT THE ACTUAL {{Redacted}}.

I sent in a Power Pressure Cooker XL, it was defective. I sent it back to get a refund.
Sent by FEDEX 4/10/2017 Tracking number 961213****230279****99. Never heard from you. I sent you copy of purchase from Bed Bath and Beyond in the box. I went to store, they said to get ahold of customer service.
I checked Fed Ex. it was delivered and signed by OLEDEZMA
