Where's the Banjo Minnow?

I ordered the Banjo Minnow Fishing System for my husband over a year ago. When I ordered it the wait time was the customary 6 - 8 weeks. Instead we received a card saying the product was in back order and he would have to wait longer. Along came another card asking if I wanted a refund or did I still want it. Of course, I said my husband still wanted it and yes, please, send it. I have sent them numerous e-mails concerning this and have yet to hear anything from
Tristar Products. I guess consumer relations is not their strong point, ripping Americans off is. This company ***!!!
