Page 1 of 2 I receieved the flat iron and used it a couple times and it worked great. Then on the 6th day, it singed my hair completely off. The only product I had on my hair was what they sent with it. I called and got no sympathy from the rep. I was told they would send me a label and I could exchange it for another one or I could get a refund. I did not recieve a label for 3 weeks. I called multiple times and was told they were emailing it to me but must be my fault that I wasn't getting it. They still charged my another payment in the meantime. I have called that company multiple times and each time I advised the rep that I am upset but know it is not thier fault personally and not taking it out on them but they are very rude. Twice I have requested to talk to a supervisor (in thier case it should be called a dumbvisor), was told I would get a call back and never got a call from anyone. Would never recommend this product or company to anyone!!!!

This Pro Styler iron is a GIMMICK. Mine worked for 4 months. It did burn a chunk of my hair off and also it stopped working. Just does not power on! I am not spending the $19.99 to send it back and have to repeat the same process. A money making GIMMICK.

I also got the kyoseki and it only worked once. After that it wouldn't heat up. It took a couple of months to get the label. I sent it immediately and never heard anything. After calling many times, they said they would refund the money. It has been another month and no money. I doubt they will ever send it. This has been ongoing since April. Don't trust them and don't buy this product. It is cheaply made and won't last.

i bought a k styler too and worked good but the paint strted coming off and then it broke it wouldnt even turn on and i dont know why so i called expecting a refund but instead they said they send me a new one i ve been trying to get thru but everytime i call the rep that answers cant hear me

HI, i would like to know, for anyone that is giving a positive on this product, what kind of hair do u have,for that matter,anyone who this product does not work for also. texture, length etc....its good to know , who its working for and who it isnt...mebbe its really not good on all hair types.

I have been wanting a Kstyler since I saw the infomercial. But now I must say after reading everybody's comments I think I'll pass...***! Has anybody reported this company to the BBB. I find it really hard to believe that a well known celebrity would endorse a product that has received such reviews. Better yet, I'm sure Carmen has a My Space, if it were me I would find a way to put the pressure on Carmen. I'm so disappointed

I can't get through to the company! A recording comes on and says due to the high volumne of calls and then she says thank you and hangs up. My iron came damaged with the on button pushed in. I want to get a refund but have been calling for over a month and cannot get through.

I have the Kstyler, or should I say had! I also got the silver one and loved it it worked just like they said, for a month! it broke awhen I called they sent me a shipping label I shipped it back but have been waiting for three months now to get a new one, I have called many times and have been given the run around, they even confirmed they recieved mine back, then i was told that my account was frozen, and they couldn't send me one unil it was taken care of, I took care of the account and paid the last payment of 39.99 then was told my account was still frozen and they couldn't do anything about it until the cllection company they use emailed them so i had to call them, I called them and they gave me a number to release my account, but the company is stating its sill frozen....I am fed up with making all these calls and not getting any where, I paid it in full and they are still refusing to send it to me, I don't know how to get my money back.........

I have the K-Styler and i love it i got the gray and pink one i havent found anything wrong with it

To Hmmmm - she did not use it wrong. I had the same experience - I was sent two different irons and they both randomly raised the heat setting and shorted out. I also got the pink/grey one by the way - i don't think the black exists. I am still awaiting my refund.

love mine as well! except i believe i was suppose to get black as well. i know i paid extra for professional grade. my only advice is dont upgrade...because it is probably the same one.
