I bought this flat iron after being advised not to by my husband. I used it twice and it worked great. While using it for the third time, it stopped working. I had half of my hair done and it turned off and won't turn back on. The company says that they'll send you a replacement if send back the unit and $20. Why I should I have pay to replace their defective products. Because they know that it's going to break and want as much money from you as possible. DON"T BUY THIS FLAT IRON!!!
