Like most people that have an unsafe product I threw away the two Aqua Rugs I had purchased. They of course know I had bought two rugs or they would not have sent me a letter. But according to them I should have kept them even I purchased them well over two years ago. This company has no shame and doesn't care about their customers at all. Boycott this company and spread the word. They should be fined and put out of business. Read more

The recalling the Aqua Rug is a joke. The rug of course doesn't stay put. I bought two over a year maybe two and threw both away because everyone slipped when using. Figured I got ripped off. Now there is a recall and the idiots want a picture of the cut up mat. If they sent me a letter they KNOW I bought two. But no when I called the number on the letter I was told I had to have a picture to be compensated. This company is a joke and are rip off artists. Bought product, loved product. Cooker stopped building steam. Husband determined it had to be missing gasket. Called 973-827-5159, it's not the US of A. Unable to converse with foreign accent. They can't reverse call to United States. Supposedly ordered gasket two wks ago, still waiting. Tried the chat rep on website they gave me the same # as above. I purchased two of those rugs but bad had to dispose them, as they were unsafe, slipping made them very unsafe. What in the world is it necessary to enter at least 80 words. When the issue is: The rugs are not safe, so unsafe that they had to be disposed of. What a shame this product was so unsafe, I'm sure others have experienced the same disappointment and I hope no one has been seriously injured. I would bet there have been many injuries. I had a stroke and had gain weight so, I ordered 10 pair of slim jeggings ,I thought I would treat myself, look good and have easy pants to just slip on well I ordered size 3X, They sent me 1 3X and the rest look like 1X'S with 3X sewn on labels 100.00 dollars down the drain, I contacted Paypal and because they did not have an address to send them back, I got all of my money back plus I got to keep the pants, awful company. purchased the Healthmaster at Fryes Electronics on 10/21/2012. The unit always had a burning smell and was loud. The use was not more than 30 times and the motor gave out the other day 12/21/2015. I read multiple consumer problems with this unit. Called customer service at 1 973-287-5189. After much waiting on the phone with music a representative found my name and address and said a new base would be sent out to replace the discontinued model that will fit the original pitcher. Bought the pressure cooker XL. The screw on top of the lid to hold pressure in , fell out. Tristar would'nt replace it or fix it. I had it less than 30 day's Add comment

I purchased the power pressure cooker/canner because of the ability to do small batch canning. The canning rack did not come with the original purchase. Approximately one month later I called the number listed online to order the canning rack. The money was taken from my account before the end of the day. That was over a month ago and I still do not have the canning rack. I have made many calls to customer service only to have someone tell me that the shipment has been made. I purchased the cooker less than a year ago. After finally figuring out cooking procedure, I used at least once or twice a week. While browning beef for stew the cooker simply stopped working. No lights, no heat. Upon contacting customer service I was told I needed a new unit. I am supposed to send $24.99 for sh/handling. Very disappointed. Wish to receive the deluxe model. We purchased the Healthmaster Elite and used it twice for light duty, it then sat undisturbed on the counter for some time, the 3rd time we tried to use it, it won't even get power.
