I sent a review in May. I received an email from you asking if the issue has been resolved. The answer is no. I haven't heard anything. I went to the website to update the review but I couldn't get it to work.

Well I bought a tristar viper g2 wood and I have had problems with it for the last year my gunsmith knows me and that gun it wouldn't kick the shells out and now the trigger assembly is broken and they say it's to old of a gun no parts listed go remington is all I can say

Purchased 2 hose pack. Right out of box one worked fine the other one would not expand. Acted like it was blocked up with something. No water would come out of hose. Customer service rep said I needed to talk to supervisor to get replacement. When he transfer me, supervisor phone went to voice message and message box was full. *** poor customer service.

Bought. 2 pack of 25 feet, both burst within a couple of months, not in sun and drained! Bought another 50' package and it burst in two places also In a short time. Your warrenty Is useless - 60 days, pay to ship and $8 to replace. The idea is great but your product is defective/unreliable and warrenty is useless.

3rd time not the charm. I bought a 100' hose last year. Didn't work. Took it back. Next one didn't work. Rolls up maybe halfway. Kept this one went to use the hose today and it is split. SO I bought another one...only because they are light and I can't lift heavy objects. Same thing. Used it, turned off the water and anticipated a fully compacted hose. WRONG. Purchased a Jack LaLanne Power Juicer ... worked perfect until the Pusher which pushes the food down the tube for juicing developed a small crack and allowed moisture to enter into the hollow part of the pusher ... did not notice until the foul water began to smell very bad. Like most people that have an unsafe product I threw away the two Aqua Rugs I had purchased. They of course know I had bought two rugs or they would not have sent me a letter. But according to them I should have kept them even I purchased them well over two years ago. This company has no shame and doesn't care about their customers at all. Boycott this company and spread the word. They should be fined and put out of business. Read more

The recalling the Aqua Rug is a joke. The rug of course doesn't stay put. I bought two over a year maybe two and threw both away because everyone slipped when using. Figured I got ripped off. Now there is a recall and the idiots want a picture of the cut up mat. If they sent me a letter they KNOW I bought two. Bought product, loved product. Cooker stopped building steam. Husband determined it had to be missing gasket. Called 973-827-5159, it's not the US of A. Unable to converse with foreign accent. They can't reverse call to United States. Supposedly ordered gasket two wks ago, still waiting. Tried the chat rep on website they gave me the same # as above. I purchased two of those rugs but bad had to dispose them, as they were unsafe, slipping made them very unsafe. What in the world is it necessary to enter at least 80 words. When the issue is: The rugs are not safe, so unsafe that they had to be disposed of. What a shame this product was so unsafe, I'm sure others have experienced the same disappointment and I hope no one has been seriously injured. I would bet there have been many injuries. ...
