I receive emails regarding their products 20 times a day- the Genie Bra in particular is most annoying but receive a mix of everything...over and over and over and over and over and over and over. I purchased a copperware knee and arm cover and the total came to 71.94. I then called and asked to cancel the arm cover and an adjustment was to be made for a charge of 35 dollars. I purchased the Pressure Cooker XL and as of now it works great. The receipe book is not the greatest but once you get used to the product you can substitute the items, such as beef roast with beef ribs. I did everything as explained on the website regarding measuring and placing the order. Once the order was received I placed the bras in a drawer until a later time to check them out. Once I remembered where they were it was past the 60 days return date. I tried them on a found out they did not fit right and really did not offer the support as claimed. I realize it is my fault for not doing more... Read more

Initially, we were quite happy with our flexible hose, but then after about two months of intermittent use, they both developed a split (horizontally), rendering them useless. DON'T belive in everything you see on the infomercials! I wish I would have done some research before ordering the "infamous" Genie Bra. I thought this would be a good product for a full figure woman (especially for back fat), and because the infomercial made it look so promising. Day 65 from purchase on my green flexihose was its last... As it exploded and completely came apart and is useless. My water pressure is fixed at 30 psi, and was not the reason for the failure. Cheap materials and poor craftmanship leave this hose less to be desired. Purchased The perfector DOES NOT WORK and Achieve 10 styling cream in June. I have tried unsucessfully to cancel the Achieve 10 monthly shipping for $ 19.99. On 5/12/2013, I ordered the Xhose special as seen on TV, buy one, get one free. I received the first one , but have never received the 2nd.
