I purchased slimjegging in response to a TV advert where no info on sizing given- operator advised 10/12 & 12/16. I did think this was a big jump in size but expected it would be medium when they arrived the size showed as X/XL & had I been told this at polnt of order would not have proceeded. I have replaced mine 3x now. The 3rd time they sent me the entire unit. The 2 containers before this the black gunk surrounding the wheel at the bottom of the container wore out and I paid 24.95 to have it replaced, twice. I have used the Perfecter only a couple of times. I got it for a Birthday gift from my mother (who is a senior and this was a splurge!). It was the guarantee no tangle/no burn that sold her. I receive emails regarding their products 20 times a day- the Genie Bra in particular is most annoying but receive a mix of everything...over and over and over and over and over and over and over. I purchased the Pressure Cooker XL and as of now it works great. The receipe book is not the greatest but once you get used to the product you can substitute the items, such as beef roast with beef ribs. I did everything as explained on the website regarding measuring and placing the order. Once the order was received I placed the bras in a drawer until a later time to check them out. Once I remembered where they were it was past the 60 days return date. I tried them on a found out they did not fit right and really did not offer the support as claimed. I realize it is my fault for not doing more... Read more
